Our Story
The Coffee Cabin started with a simple conviction: that the best coffee doesn't need a skyline to shine. It needs patience, quality beans, and a community that shows up every morning.
We opened our doors on 11th Street because Priest River deserved a place where the coffee is poured with intention and the pastries are made before sunrise. No franchises, no shortcuts — just real ingredients, real craft, and real people.
Every cup we serve carries that same promise: we wouldn't pour it if we wouldn't drink it ourselves.
